As a Christian, I can provide a faith-based approach for those who desire it, while welcoming individuals from
all beliefs and backgrounds. Services are available in English or Afrikaans to ensure comfort and

Meet your counsellor
Hi! I am Annanda
I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, and I have a practice room based in Centurion and Benoni. Navigating life’s twists and turns can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am deeply passionate about equipping my clients with the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive in all areas of life.

As a Christian, my faith inspires my approach to counselling, emphasizing empathy, compassion, and hope. I believe that even in a world filled with brokenness, healing is possible—one step at a time. I aim to empower my clients to create space, balance, and strength to process their needs and embrace their journey. Counselling with me is always personalized to meet each individual or couples' unique goals and requirements.

Outside of counselling, I am a proud wife and mom, and my family is my greatest joy. I also adore our dog, who adds an extra dose of love and fun to our lives. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my loved ones and finding peace in the small blessings of life.

I have extensive experience working with young adults, adults, and couples who face everyday challenges or have endured significant loss and trauma. With a heart for improving the lives of others, I strive to leave a positive and lasting impact on everyone I work with.
